David Sheeren has nearly 15 years of experience litigating and trying a wide variety of business disputes in courts around the country. Prior to forming his own law firm in 2025, David was a Partner at Gibbs & Bruns LLP, a litigation boutique in Houston, Texas. There, he was fortunate to learn the practice of law from some of the best trial lawyers in the country. Notably, David was part of a small team that recovered over $16 billion for investors in residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) following the global financial crisis.
